Welcome to

Klee's Out On A Limb Acres

Apples, Pears and Berries

Who we are:

We are a Southeast Wisconsin Orchard located near the border of Racine and Milwaukee counties. We grow Apples, Pears, and Berries for seasonal sale to the public at our roadside stand.

What we have to offer:

Many varieties of modern and heirloom Apples and Pears grown using the latest Integrated Pest Management Practices (IPM for short). We also grow Currants, Gooseberries, Red Raspberries, Rhubarb, Elderberries, Serviceberries and Highbush Cranberries.

Fruits to eat Fresh, Freeze, Can, Cook and Bake with. Or make Juices, Wines, Ciders, and Perrys.

The fruit we offer is grown and sold right here at our Orchard. We do not purchase fruit from other growers. We do this so that we can offer you the freshest, highest quality fruit that we can produce.

Currants are done for this season. Thank you to all that came and picked!

Red Raspberries are being picked. Please call first! We've had a large number of pickers this year and sometimes have to wait a day for more berries to ripen.

Sorry no goosberries this season.

Yellow Transparent Apples will be available shortly.

We still have Pure Local "Klee's Bees" Honey for sale. We have Cut Comb Honey available as well.

For our customers convenience, we have added a portable restroom. We also have bottled water for sale.

What is coming to the orchard

More apple trees for 2012.

More berry plants, to try to satisfy the growing demand.

Relocate the Currant and Gooseberry plants to a new roomier area. And add a couple of new varieties. This project was started in the fall of 2008 and will continue in the fall of 2011. The AppleFarmer ran out of time/steam, one more time!

A new stand. Purchasing material for a new stand has begun. Due to work, classes at school, the orchard and me slowing down this project is on hold!

Possible additions to the orchard

A larger Raspberry patch.

If you have a suggestion as to what you would like to see us offer, please send an e-mail.
